Whole-home connectivity is no longer a theory or marketing claim. It’s a brand commitment. To attract and retain customers, Telecom leaders are promising reliable coverage and performance throughout the home. Fulfilling that promise at scale is costly and complex. At TechSee, we believe that the best way to deliver on these connectivity promises is to empower the people who are already shaping it: field technicians and network operations. This is the vision behind Connectivity Guru Model 2.1.
Connectivity Guru Model 2.1 is our most advanced AI model for whole-home connectivity, designed to provide visual clarity, spatial insight, and real-time diagnostics directly to field technicians and network operations teams. They say that you cannot fix what you cannot see. Model 2.1 delivers the visual clarity you need to set up, certify, troubleshoot, and maintain whole-home connectivity: no LiDAR requirements, no guesswork, no unreliable LLMs, and no compromises.
This is more than just another AI concept. Connectivity Guru Model 2.1 is actively deployed across some of the world’s largest telecom providers.
The Challenge: Guarantee Whole Home Connectivity
Poor connectivity is driving customer turnover.
Telecom providers have invested billions in fiber rollouts, 5G, FWA and brand promises. Yet, a common question from customers persists: “Why can’t I stay connected?” or, to put it in customer terms, “Why is my Netflix quality so low?” or, “Why is my WiFi unreliable?”
Connectivity failure is no longer just a technical problem. It’s a matter of trust, and it is becoming a significant cost on your profit and loss statement.

Up to 45% of customer churn in wireless service is directly linked to poor connectivity experiences. Not due to pricing or plan confusion, but simply because of the failure to provide consistent and reliable service throughout the home. In broadband, more than half of providers exceed the industry’s target churn rate of 3% per year, mainly due to perceived connectivity failures.
Older connectivity tools report signal strength or run speed tests, but they can’t capture the actual customer experience, such as the dropped video call in the back bedroom or the smart speaker that disconnects during dinner. Without this context, field service technicians are prone to “game” the system, simply running a speed test from the same room in the home repeatedly, while reporting that they scanned multiple locations across the house.
This lack of context leads to a chain reaction:
- High customer churn, especially in the first 90 days
- Repeat truck rolls for poor WiFi connectivity
- “No Fault Found” visits (which account for 17-20% of all field service dispatches)
- High contact center call volumes
- Poor on-site upsales, as customers struggle to understand why they should upgrade
- Poor customer experience and online sentiment (complaining customers)
At the same time, customer expectations are rising sharply. The average home now hosts 17 connected devices. Streaming, smart security, remote work, and connected appliances are all competing for the same invisible signal. Customers expect flawless performance everywhere, all the time.
Telecom companies that once succeeded by speed are now losing out on experience, as the focus has shifted from connection speed to performance reliability.
The Opportunity: Guarantee Whole Home Connectivity
Connectivity is driving customer growth.
When connectivity works well, prospects and customers reward you. Research by Simon-Kucher indicates that 60% of broadband and mobile subscribers remain loyal due to satisfaction, rather than price. Providers that proactively resolve issues early, such as those addressed by the Connectivity Guru Model 2.1, achieve significantly higher upsell and cross-sell rates, particularly during installation and the first 90 days. This proactive approach empowers you to retain customers and grow your business.
Additionally, whole-home connectivity guarantees and new solutions, such as Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), are driving significant new subscriber growth for innovators like T-Mobile and AT&T. Customers want their internet to work everywhere in their homes. They are interested in experiences and generally do not care about the underlying technology.
Clear, consistent connectivity is now fundamental for retention, reputation, and revenue. Whether you aim to increase your subscriber base, grow average revenue per user, or avoid repeat truck rolls, one thing is essential: connectivity is the new competitive battleground.

Connectivity Guru for Field Service (Model 2.1 Updates)
Let’s take a peak under the hood to understand more of what’s new in Model 2.1.
-
Optimized for Android. No LiDAR, No Problem!
Most field technicians do not carry iPhone Pro or Max devices with advanced LiDAR. Model 2.1 is designed to extract 3D spatial intelligence from standard Android cameras, requiring no specialized hardware.
Our engineering team spent nearly a year developing new computer vision and motion estimation technologies. The result is a significant breakthrough: camera-based spatial mapping that creates a real-time 3D understanding of the home’s connectivity. This allows technicians to visualize connectivity zones and signal behavior even without depth sensors. So they can visually show connectivity issues to customers, resolve challenges, enable upsales, and confirm whole-home connectivity.

New – Anonymized Digital Twins with Visual Connectivity Heatmaps
WiFi connectivity is a fairly technical concept that can be hard to visualize, explain, certify, and troubleshoot. Connectivity Guru 2.1 introduces privacy-safe Digital Twins. Digital Twins are visual representations of the home, created on demand, and anonymized by design. Digital Twins are virtual models of the customer’s home that provide an accurate but anonymized representation of the WiFi signal strength and coverage across each room in the house.
Upon completing an AR scan, technicians and customers are presented with a simplified model of the home layout, featuring the WiFi signal heatmap overlaid on it. Dead zones become clear, and the placement of routers and mesh nodes is intuitive. Most importantly, the customers and technicians can easily see and understand their connectivity status. This offers clarity, solving problems without creating privacy concerns.
Furthermore, technicians can now “pin” specific areas of the home during a scan, capturing a picture of the particular area. For example, a technician may want to note large appliances that can cause WiFi interference or mark the location of each access point. Upon completing the scan, technicians can then label each pin. Upon completing the work order, the pins and labels are saved, but the images are deleted. This preserves the required connectivity information, without compromising customer privacy.
-
Built for Mesh Networks, Wi-Fi 7, and Multi-Node Visibility
Most modern homes utilize multi-node networks, but few tools effectively address them. Connectivity Guru 2.1 closes this industry gap.
The default WiFi signal scan now collects performance data from all nodes in the network, not just the primary router. Technicians can isolate each mesh node or access point and view its specific coverage map.
The model automatically identifies overlapping coverage, gaps, and handoff issues that typically lead to signal problems. This results in quicker root cause identification, better tracking of job progress, improved historical data in your CRM, and fewer visits for “it worked fine when I was there.”
-
Enterprise-Grade Privacy and Compliance
Privacy is not just a policy; it’s part of the product. Model 2.1 incorporates safeguards at every step:
– Anonymized digital rendering (no real-world images stored)
– Save location “pin” metadata, not the actual images (see above)
– Improved on-device data processing
– Technician compliance confirmation before spatial scans
– Customer explainer materials for informed consent
-
Field Service Flow Integrations
Model 2.1 now integrates seamlessly with field service platforms, CRMs, and mobile work order systems.
This includes passing:
– Job details into the scan workflow
– Scan results and “connectivity birth certificates” back into job records
– Detailed metadata on connectivity signal data for each node and the overall network, along with the visual heatmap superimposed on the home’s digital twin.
Connectivity Guru model 2.1 represents connectivity intelligence that is fully incorporated into the workflow.
